As a Lead UX/UI Designer at General Motors, I apply my skills in creating wireframes, conducting user research, and usability testing to design innovative and user-friendly products for GM users.

My team supports products that serve data scientists, data and business analysts and third party dealers and suppliers across the globe at GM. Recently we have begun supporting the cloud transition of data at GM, exploring integrating AI in our products and, assisting architects and developers productionalize their code in the cloud.

• Lead a UX team in the end-to-end design of cloudServe, a critical enterprise application centralizing GM’s cloud management delivering a user-centric, strategically aligned design for internal customers.

• Created high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes for Maxis Workspaces, improving the user experience for 3k+ daily users by leveraging iterative design practice, incorporating user feedback to refine & optimize solutions.
